This 2/ 26/2016 release from the Grammy Award Winning recording artist(s) Macklemore & Ryan Lewis is an overall Good Piece of Work. Macklemore addresses in a curtain call inspired verse about his recent accolade at the 2015 Grammys. He continues with his Keep it Real Lyrics on the collaboration / cross-over record with Ed Sheeran. On the song, “ Growing Up,” just before Sheeran delivers his really good chorus, Macklemore speaks and gives fatherly advice to his new born daughter. This is a good overall album and I was left with a reminder why I am a fan of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Also, Macklemore is the only hip hop artist who addresses the excelling racism and police brutality issue on the ironic spoken word song, “White Privilege II.”
