The Interview

How would you describe yourself in three words?
Resilient, passionate, and magnetic. I think those three words capture who I am at my core. I’ve been through my share of challenges, and I’ve come out stronger every time. Passion drives everything I do—whether it’s fitness, modeling, or business. And magnetic? I want to attract the right opportunities and the right people into my life.
What does a typical morning look like for you?
I start with gratitude, movement, and a clear intention for the day. A good workout sets the tone for everything that follows. Before anything else, I take a moment to acknowledge what I have and what I’m working toward. Then I move my body—that’s non-negotiable. It doesn’t always have to be intense, but it has to happen. After that, I’m ready to take on whatever the day brings.
How would you define your personal style?
Sporty-chic with a touch of elegance. I love pieces that feel powerful, feminine, and effortless. When I get dressed, I want to feel like I can take on the world. That means mixing comfort with confidence—high-waisted leggings with a structured blazer, or sleek sneakers with a flowing dress. It’s all about balance.
Favorite spot in Miami to unwind?
Anywhere by the ocean. The beach at sunset in Miami always resets my energy. There’s something magical about watching the sky change colors while listening to the waves. After a long day of training or meetings, that’s my therapy. It’s my reminder of how far I’ve come and how much beauty is still ahead.
“Trust your intuition and never dim your light for anyone.”

What do you tell yourself on days you don’t feel like going to the gym?
Discipline is doing it even when motivation isn’t there. I remind myself that consistency always wins. Some days, I really don’t want to work out. But I show up anyway—not because I’m forcing myself, but because I know what I’m building is bigger than how I feel in that moment. The results come from the days when no one is watching and when motivation is nowhere to be found.
What’s the most rewarding part of sharing your life online?
Knowing that my journey can inspire someone else to believe in themselves and start their own transformation—and I thank God for that. When someone messages me to say that something I shared helped them start their fitness journey or pushed them to chase their dreams, it doesn’t get better than that. That’s why I do this.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Trust your intuition and never dim your light for anyone. When I was younger, I spent too much time trying to fit into boxes that weren’t made for me. I want every woman to know: your uniqueness is your power. Don’t apologize for being ambitious, for wanting more, or for standing out. The right people will celebrate you exactly as you are.

What are three must-haves in your gym bag?
Resistance bands—because you can get a great workout anywhere and they add so much variety. A good lip gloss—because feeling put-together matters, even when you’re sweating. And lots of confidence. The right mindset is the most important “equipment” you can bring to any workout.
Favorite cheat meal in Miami?
A good steak dinner always wins for me. After a week of clean eating, there’s nothing better than a perfectly cooked steak with all the sides. Miami has some incredible steakhouses, so I’m definitely not complaining about my options here.
How do you handle pressure on social media?
By remembering that perfection isn’t real. I focus on being authentic and grounded in who I am. Social media can make people feel like they’re not enough, like they need to be something they’re not. I refuse to play that game. I’d rather show up as my true self—imperfect, evolving, and real—than chase an impossible standard.
What’s a goal you’re currently working toward?
Continuing to grow my brand and creating bigger opportunities in fitness, lifestyle, modeling, and beauty. I’m also expanding my tanning and beauty business here in Miami. There’s so much in the works, and I can’t wait to share it all. This is just the beginning.
Who are your biggest inspirations in the industry?
Strong women who build their own paths and empower others along the way. I’m inspired by women who refuse to wait for permission—who see a gap and fill it. I look up to creators and entrepreneurs who use their platforms to lift others up rather than tear them down. That’s the kind of influence I want to have.

Favorite Miami moment so far?
Watching the sunset after a long workout, feeling grateful for the life I’m building here. It’s such a simple moment, but it’s everything. After a challenging session, there’s no better way to decompress than reflecting on how far I’ve come—from Colombia to Miami, chasing dreams that once seemed impossible.
If you weren’t a fitness creator, what would you be doing?
I’d still be doing something that inspires people—probably in beauty or wellness. My passion is helping others feel confident and empowered, whether that’s through fitness, skincare, or lifestyle content. The platform might change, but the mission stays the same.
What’s next for Stefy Puentez?
More collaborations, exciting projects, and expanding my tanning and beauty business in Miami. This is just the beginning. I’m not slowing down anytime soon. Stick around—it’s going to be a hell of a ride.
