Bal Harbour Shops will host the worldwide launch of  Fleurs de Villes ARTISTE, a fresh floral celebration inspired by remarkable female artists in celebration of Women’s History Month. This stunning 10-day cultural event taking place March 1st-10th will display fresh floral installations including Bal Harbour Shops’ two floral mannequins inspired by fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli and artist Yayoi Kusama.
