Meet the lovely Katlyn Lespérance. Elegant, disciplined, and deeply intentional in the way she cares for her body and spirit, her lifestyle reflects a devotion to femininity, wellness, and self-honoring choices. With over 12 years of raw vegan living and a training philosophy centered in grace and strength, she inspires women to see what’s possible when you nourish yourself with purpose.

She approaches fitness as a lifestyle, not a phase — from fasted morning cardio to collagen-based wellness routines and movement that shapes the female form with softness and power. Katlyn’s work is all about showing women another way: one rooted in beauty, balance, and the confidence that comes from aligning with what feels good and true.

Katlyn, thank you for allowing us to feature you in GLM Magazine. Your journey is a reminder that femininity can be strong, self-care can be sacred, and becoming your best self is an art. ✨

You’ve built your brand — what was the original spark that led you to
launch your own training program, and how has that vision evolved
over time?

I eat differently than most women – I am predominantly raw vegan now for
12+ years and focus only on foods that improve my beauty and femininity. I
find other women reaching for meats, carbs, excess sugars and coffee where
it is not needed – I like being different with that and showing what is possible.

As someone who works both as a fitness coach and a model
(bikini/high fashion only, as you note), how do you balance the
mindset, body-prep, and branding demands between those two worlds?

This is all a lifestyle for me. Every morning I do fasted cardio, which is
everything for me! I pack my protein-collagen shakes from Perfect Sports for
the day to keep my muscle tone, energy and skin glow. I love working with
Perfect Sports as we make some amazing vegan protein powders that taste
great for everyone – general public to well-conditioned athletes plus the new
collagen is a 3x a day must for me! For the evening, I ensure to take my
epsom bath and stretch at night. Add in a few glute days and pilates, then this
body is rather easy to keep, elevate and improve.

Your Linktree lists many brand collaborations (swimwear lines,
activewear, wellness products etc.). How do you choose which
partnerships to pursue, and how do you ensure they authentically fit
your personal brand and message?

I only align with brands that foster femininity, longevity in health and pure
body wellness with the goal of shaping an hourglass figure and gorgeous skin
glow. One of my favourite girly girl collaborations so far is with SqueezMe
Skinny waist trainers! The 8’’ high compression shapers are a daily must for
my all day waist trainers and my workouts!

In the fitness realm—especially with online training—what’s one
common misconception your clients have when they first join with you
and how do you help them shift that perspective?
Many women feel they need to lift heavy weights to get fit. Not true! I like
heavy kickback work for glutes and some hip thrusts, yet the toned and trim
pageant bikini look is more pilates, cardiovascular work and yoga moves than
the traditional, hardcore weight training work.

Modeling for high fashion and bikini has unique requirements. What
has been your most challenging shoot or campaign to date, and what
did it teach you (professionally or personally)?
I find the most challenging task is the competition day for Swimsuit USA as
we have to be on set for a long day. Holding my conditioning all day is a feat
yet one that is easy when I stay disciplined and focused on enjoying the
moment!

South Florida and the broader Miami/Broward creative scene are rich
and competitive. How has location influenced your career path (in
fitness and modeling), and what advantages or challenges come with
being based out of Canada?
Canada has 4 seasons – photoshoots become indoor during the winter and my
training becomes more important in early morning sessions as to get it done.
Also, a positive aspect of the colder winters is that I can enjoy more hot
yoga!

With so many wellness and beauty brands you’re affiliated with, how
do you approach self-care and recovery outside of work (both physical
and mental)? Any go-to rituals you recommend?

My go-to’s are the medi-spa and anything to recharge my skin glow! I love
my Opus laser skin care game at Beautique Barrie – bi-weekly it is a must!

Branding yourself as a model + trainer + influencer means you’re
constantly “on” in one sense. How do you stay genuine and grounded
in your messaging, especially when social media pressures mount?

I believe in who I am, what I do and the choices I make on a daily basis. I
stay away from negativity and anything that does not make me feel pretty,
happy and healthy. I train my mind to not entertain, eat, say, hear or see what
is not best for me. This is such a beautiful way to live and it fuels my spirit.

What’s one fitness routine / exercise move that you believe more
people should adopt (whether they’re beginners or advanced), and why
does it resonate with you?
I believe in lots of glute work – whether it be on cardio machines or at the
gym with cables, bands and exercise equipment and even with ankle weight-
based pilates moves. This unlocks the female flow that makes a woman feel
like a goddess!

Looking ahead: Where do you see your brand in the next 2-3 years?
Any new directions (e.g., retreats, apparel line, media content) you’re
excited to explore?
I like how my fitness brand has merged into me being my personal best – I
want to keep this body in top feminine shape for me and whoever is inspired
along the way is a gift!
