Baby you’re a firework!

Why do we need an excuse to make loud noises and sparkles? Fireworks, noisemakers, sparklers, call them what you want to, with the bang-bang tradition goes way back, and now it is practiced all over the globe.

The funny thing is, in most ancient cultures, our ancestors used to bang drums, light fire, and even beat the walls to drive away spooky spirits and evil creatures. We have to thank the Chinese for the fireworks, as they were the pioneers.

I’m not sure people use fireworks for the same purpose today, but if we got to celebrate this New Year, and on top, banish away bad vibes, even better! Right? Don’t miss the fabulous fireworks display this upcoming December 31 at Miami and surrounding areas. Where to catch them?

South Beach. Fireworks are a common sight on New Year’s Eve, but they hold utmost importance and attention. The fireworks go on air at midnight, and they are loved by everyone. The fireworks in Miami are a unique attraction and are held at the South Beach of Miami. Reach 9th Street by midnight to witness beautiful fireworks. On New Year Eve 2022 Miami Beach, you can go for an Ocean Drive and reserve a spot for yourself at the banks of the beach to watch the fireworks.

Bayfront Park. The largest New Year’s Eve celebration in South Florida is at Bayfront Park in downtown Miami. This huge street party runs from 8 pm to 12:30 am on December 31 and will keep you entertained well into the first hours of the new year. Great music, parties, cruises, and concerts in the balmy winter weather are a refreshing way to meet the coming year with friends, relatives, and like-minded individuals. As soon as midnight comes, bright bayside fireworks light up the sky over Biscayne Bay. More importantly, this one-of-a-kind party is free of charge, making it one of the most popular Miami NYE events. More info? Click here: http://www.bayfrontparkmiami.com/

Virginia Key Outdoor Center. If you’re looking for something laid-back and unique for your New Year’s Eve in Miami, look no further than the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Paddle and Dinner at the beautiful Virginia Key Outdoor Center, located on Virginia Key between the mainland and Key Biscayne. The evening will begin at 7 pm with music, food, and drinks. At 10:30 pm, you’ll kayak or paddleboard out into Biscayne Bay with fellow revelers. Expect to see fireworks in all directions, including Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Fisher Island. (Note that the route is sheltered and away from boat traffic and that guests who don’t want to paddle can still participate and watch the fireworks from the shore.) Dessert will be served after the fireworks. Want to know more? Check out their website https://www.vkoc.net/

Yacht parties. The fireworks can also be witnessed from the luxurious yacht. Other than the South Beach, The Musette Yacht also hosts parties on the last night of the year to welcome the new year. The tickets for the party can be booked in advance to take part in the party. The yachts start from Bayfront Park Downtown. If you are a party animal, then don’t miss it.

Miami Beach hosts a New Year’s Eve Celebration every year. Enjoy the beaches during the day, then find your spot and enjoy the spectacular fireworks show over the ocean as the clock strikes midnight!
