Need to get out of an exercise rut? FitMiami attendees can sign up for a butt-kicking roster of master classes on the Fit Stage led by instructors from Anatomy, Legacy Fit, Youfit and Move Lift Live, along with Nike master trainer Patrick Frost. Fitness fiends can also get their fix with a few rounds in Fit Miami’s Boxing Ring or a session in the Spin Studio Showroom. Those looking to take a break from the action can watch a Fit Tribe exhibition or soothe sore muscles in the Stretch Zone. The event will also feature a CrossFit Village with apparel, gear and supplements aimed at leveling up the next WOD. Eventgoers will also have the opportunity to meet the area chefs making Miami a healthy place to eat and live at the Kitchen Lab, where they can watch and learn from a series of cooking classes and demos. Information on dietary supplements and sports nutrition will also be available at the event along with a Farmer’s Market brimming with fresh produce, baked goods, nut butters, marmalades, honey, flowers, and bath and beauty products. |
