On Saturday, October 24, the Halloween Fetish Ball returns to The Manor Live in Wilton Manors, bringing more than three decades of underground culture, alternative fashion and theatrical nightlife together for one unforgettable night.
Presented by Fetish Factory and Alter Ego Events, the annual celebration traces its roots to 1995. Organizers bill it as the largest and longest-running Halloween fetish event in the United States, attracting more than 1,000 elaborately dressed guests year after year.
But forget the standard Halloween party. Think pounding industrial rhythms, towering aerial acts, burlesque performances, cyberpunk-inspired looks, gothic glamour and immersive environments that invite guests to explore far beyond the main dance floor.
Transforming The Manor Live into a multi-room spectacle, the Halloween Fetish Ball blends nightclub energy with performance art and alternative culture. Guests can roam between the Ballroom, Lounge, live dungeon installations and an open-air terrace, each offering a different atmosphere throughout the night.
The Ballroom anchors the action with DJs, major performances and a sea of imaginative costumes. Meanwhile, the Lounge introduces a darker theatrical element through live dungeon installations reflecting Fetish Factory’s roots in South Florida’s alternative community. The terrace offers an open-air escape between sets, with bars and spaces to socialize.
The entertainment lineup features five DJs spanning techno, trance, goth, industrial and electronic body music (EBM). DJ Tumbles brings high-energy techno and trance, while DJ IVNX, DJ Ciguapa 305 and DJ Ray Milian deliver darker underground sounds. DJ Sideshow rounds out the lineup with experience across Florida’s alternative dance scene.
Onstage, acrobatic duo The Beast & Dragon, longtime Fetish Factory performer Val Vampyre, male burlesque veteran Damien Lenore, dancer Reign and aerial-acrobatic act Lyra Angels add theatrical flair, aerial movement and high-impact performances to the evening.
Specialty vendors will also showcase alternative fashion, accessories, artwork and independent lifestyle brands.
At the Halloween Fetish Ball, costumes aren’t simply encouraged; they’re central to the experience. Latex, leather, vinyl, cyber goth, gothic glamour, fantasy armor, cosplay, fetish-inspired fashion and elaborate masks transform the venue into a living showcase of creative self-expression.
The event enforces a strict dress code at the entrance. Plain street clothes, jeans, running shoes and basic everyday all-black outfits do not meet its requirements, so guests should plan their looks ahead of time. Masks are strongly encouraged.
More than 30 years after its beginnings, the Halloween Fetish Ball continues to unite longtime members of South Florida’s alternative scene with newcomers discovering the culture for the first time.
