When one of your award winning burgers is named “Champion”, you must have something good to offer. Mad Love is the new kid in town presenting a variety of foods from burgers to tacos and burritos.
If you’re a Miami native, the name Latin House should sound familiar. From a food truck to a restaurant, Latin House has proven to be among the top burger establishments around. Continuing their success, Latin House has opened a sister restaurant called Mad Love. With only one week of being open, Mad Love has begun making a statement.
It was a Friday night when we decided to check out the place. While waiting in line, we noticed the clear glass where food is prepped allowing consumers to take a peek at the craft being performed. The venue has a cozy appeal with pictures showing the history of how Latin House has grown to what it is today.
When it came time to ordering, our food choices included the award winning burgers Champion and The Original, the Chimi burrito, and the Poke Tuna Taco (Are you full yet?).
Since Latin House specializes in burgers, we were not shocked to discover how amazing the burgers tasted. Each containing a three cheese blend, maple glazed bacon, crema Mexicana, and avo-lime sauce. What tells them apart are the caramelized onions and mushrooms the Original offers; while the Champion includes organic butter lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and candied jalapeรฑo for those who want to kick it up a notch. You can’t go wrong either way. Both burgers explode with flavor leaving you wanting more.
For the sushi lovers, the Poke Tuna Taco is for you. Another award winner with fried onions, chipotle aoli and an avocado finish. Make sure you’re into spicy for this one.
Last but most certainly not least is the Chimi burrito. Where should we start?! This bad boy includes rice, maduro and a three cheese blend with your choice of protein. We decided to go with the carne asada and have no regrets. #Yaaasss
With all that we ate, it cannot go unsaid the wonderful service we received. From beginning to end the customer service at Mad Love was excellent. Mad Love employees were constantly checking to make sure all of our needs were met. The venue always remained clean as employees would pick up immediately.
Thank you Mad Love for having us! We have nothing but good memories and can’t wait to go again. It’s no wonder you have so many award winners. There is no debate as to why.
